To be fair, the biggest unknown that could be huge is the up-sell into the existing customer base for VNA and the other ollogies when they're released. I assume this will be zero cost upsells if customers are enjoying the PACS. The quantum is hardest to determine as Mercy VNA deal was about 3/4 the size of PACS deal. Does this mean the latent upsell value of existing customers is 2 to 4x current PACS and just a matter or time to happen? This on top of new customer wins.
