The swing factor around Establishment fees appears to be pricing/ha, as (in that interview linked by Peppie) Frank Wilson seemed pretty clear the plantings will be fixed at 1,500ha/year for the next 5 years. Another constrained supply investment product which could offer scope for further price increases.
