"Some relevant properties of LNG include the following: -It is mostly methane gas, typically with small concentrations of ethane, propane and butane. -However, Santos CSG is typically 95% methane, 4% nitrogen and 1% carbon dioxide. The gas composition varies slightly from field to field and may change slightly over the life of the project".
So, negligible ethane in the primary csg feedstock . On this basis would GLNG be specced to handle ethane?
Either way, one would expect Qenos to be facing higher supply costs given changing market dynamics. Little visibility as to how this plays out for Qenos and EPX.
