Can't say for sure but I will be reserving any sentiment until I hear the outcome of the investigation into the Reedy Creek death. Safety is of primary concern in the construction and oil and gas industries and can carry unfavorable financial impacts if not managed correctly (and rightly so). For example, lost time injury frequency rates (LTIFR) and total recordable injury frequency rates (TRIFR) are used as key safety statistics when assessing contractors for pre-qualification on large projects such as APLNG. According to WDS February interim results presentation they had not had a lost time injury for over 3 and a half years.
