Placement up to a 20% discount to 5 day vwap, so if 10c is maintained, at worst it will be around 8c.

Guess it all depends on how desperate they are for more cash to cover the drill and ongoing admin cash burn. Judging by the way they sold the last lot to apparently poorly chosen sophs, they must be pretty desperate.

But with three weeks to go, they must certainly be in discussions with the recipients by now and haggling over price, even if we are kept in the dark.
