I think the only chance of an 11c placement (or above) now we are trading below 11c and three weeks to go is if they been talking to only one or two new shareholders who will take a stake on progress in Italy or TZ, possibly due to JV interest, which is why I was asking about Saras. Feasibly such a placement could be done above market, but then they must be planning to make a definitive progress announcement in the next three weeks.

In this case they would probably not manage the full 70m shares, due 20% stakes.
