Interesting that you think they are booking drilling manager fees under admin and not under expl and eval or production.
I have asked Ken to clarify the expenses on Fri, but probably as I am persona no grata, no reply as yet.
Personally I doubt they will be able to let a drilling contract unless the drilling contractor is VERY sure they will be able to pay the bill. Unless they agree to pay upfont, that is.
