I suppose you can get away with a lack of communication when everything is going well.
The question in my mind - is whether this well regarded team over a long time - is now in decline.
It's easy to raise your palms to the sky and say, how could we have foreseen this.
But it's also possible to not do your due diligence on customers in a race for turnover.
One court case can be bad luck - two might be the beginning of a trend.
If we had more information we might not have to guess so much.
As a result I have no sentiment...I'm sure that really bothers them
