I've asked Stefan about the reasons.
His wife didn't want to leave South Australia.
They have 3 young children and I can understand his decision.
You can say, he know that before he gets CEO, but the problems to educate 3 young children without the father of the children, have prompted him to this step. For me, there is no speculation about other reasons.
