Why is it necessary to "get behind current management"?
I have a different take on this than you. You should respect that.
We need a diversity of views, not just everyone echoing the same view.
Others mention the past quite freely and it's ok. If I challenge their views, it's "not letting go".
The past is relevant if you don't want a repetition. For that I'm cautiously optimistic about current management.
