If so it was a colossal misjudgement.  The fact that Martin was on the Board of both FC and ADO doesn't seem to have bothered anyone.

I don't see Martin as part of the solution, he's part of the problem and I wonder at the decision making process that led to his resignation.

If it was when Diasource as in charge, I think that speaks volumes. They're a well run company. ADO was not prior to their reverse takeover, which is what it amounted to. Nobody knew how to raise the funds to pay for the takeover presumably because the claims made didn't stack up. It was a debacle.

But nobody stands to lose as much as ADO shareholders who believed the hype and didn't trade it.
