Esteve, your mention of Bouris revives a great disappointment for me.

I’m thinking that the contrast in today’s Anteo Board operational status compared the Bouris era can be related as seen through my eyes;
Bouris appeared to be fulfilling an AGM formality role as the meetings lurched on through an agenda of proposals, votes, declarations etc. As soon as an operational item came up for debate or clarity, Geoff took response, we rarely saw an indication from Bouris that he was up to speed or even interested in strategy, IP or an operational issue.
OK, I’ve only seen the new team at the Sydney presentation. The order was in complete reverse. Jack not only Chaired the meeting, but was leading review, strategy for Anteo while calling Chris to the floor to comment on his responsibilities. Geoff was in his valuable NonExec Directors supporting role -well in the background.
