Generally I avoid addressing specific trades on this forum, but the record needs to be clear on this matter, and in this instance I have a clear recollection. opel24v is correct: GC sold quite a number of shares for around 15 cents, and exercised options (which may have been around 9 cents, but I am not certain of the latter figure, nor of the numbers of shares in each case). He used the funds to pay for the options, so tipping money into Anteo, while gaining a greater shareholding.

From reviewing the SP chart, I conclude the dates of these transactions would have been around August - October 2014. I don't have access to ASX announcements of those directors' interests for that period, but that's where we would have noted them.

I would have done exactly the same in that situation where I didn't have the readies to take up the options. Furthermore, at that time many of us were quite optimistic about PoC1 and PoC2, as was GC himself. It is true for any consideration of history; we have to be aware of how things were understood at the time. This axiom applies to both social and financial history.

I think it is very poor form to make quite unsubstantiated claims about another person, claims which in some eyes may border on defamation.
