Lack of transparency in the managements dealings with potential suitors and GSA is my concern with this coy.
We all know the coy is sitting on a great asset but why are institutions and/or retail investors not interested in investing in a coy with so much potential.
Again my concern is that with the board for not forthcoming with their so called closed door deals. I as an investor should know what the GSA is, at least in broad terms from a projected cash flow, Future PE etc etc. How else can potential investors work out if the GSA is a great deal or not. I am at a loss to understand why the GSA should be 'Confidential'. I thought public listed companies are required to be transparent to the extent that investors are fully informed of what they investing in.
Just my frustrated thoughts.
