SP, quite sure AZH had $6m cash at the time of the TRY bid but yes basicly AZH would have had to look at rasing more funds to get a feasibility happening the Capital for developing the mine which estimated would cost some $160m.

Considering how difficult is is to raise funds the Road head for AZH was going to be a long and difficult without a suitor like TRY.

IMO Try & AZH are a excellent match, have faith in the TRY management team and think they have picked another winner.
