I'm watching it too, but I'm considerably browned off with the company. I've been a holder pretty much continually since 2005, ramping up or down at times.

During that time the company has quite effectively had their foot on the brake pedal when it comes to share price growth and return on investment. Every time the company looked like it was starting to deliver on its promise, we'd have another acquisition with a barrow-load of debt and associated costs. The management and directors are happy with their incentive payments and their success fees and the consultancies for their mates. But we holders don't get any of that.

And now, when a low-ball offer comes in... they accept it!?! I could hardly believe it. The first offer even! Who puts up their best price on their initial offer? Nobody. And yet those fools on the board recommend it to us. They seem to think we're too stupid to see what they've done.

In my opinion they've milked this thing for their own benefit over time and now an opportunity comes for a quick, profitable exit, they've grabbed it with both trotters.

I'm disgusted and I'm not surprised to see holders taking this opportunity to hop off. I did, selling on the news when I saw that the directors recommended it.

I'll watch, but it will take a lot to convince me that this company is a buy again.
