the market will set the price. It will initially be very close to the 25x the pre price but it will then move as it does now. The swings however will be 25x more sensitive, ie the price wont go up 50% easily like it did when it went to 38. More likely 5-10c swings. But its all guess work and we dont really know why they are doing this yet, it might be some specific reason which will see a rerate.
