Hi sharky - in order to bring in the big bucks and bankroll WBT, that means a CR. Just churning the existing shares, even at the higher post consolidation price, does nothing for WBT. I'm interested in your thoughts as to what sort of discount gets offered to those big international institutional investors? My read is that this is what worries @Player 1 the most.

Say we consolidate at 85 cents and then we do a big capital raise for say $20 mill at a 20% discount, which is 68 cents. Then the market sells down to that institutional CR as the brokers start off loading. Then we do it again six months later. This is the big fear that many here have. Suddenly when you divide by 25 we are back hitting the 2 cents or lower mark or worse. What happens if it drops in to the 30's or lower. You really could lose everything with no recognition of having invested early. Maybe big institutions get in if it drops to the teens. If it gets back to 30 cents they have doubled there money.

My average buy is .049. Post consolidation I need $1.22 to break even. If we get sunk after consolidation down to the 30's then I'm down circa 80%.

I don't doubt the integrity of the WBT when it comes to their effort and intent to get this technology up and running. However, I do worry about highly sophisticated institutional investors playing this to the disadvantage of the early stage ASX investors.
