Seed investors will offload whenever they want. Makes no difference whether it’s pre or post consolidation. The size of the WBT pie remains the same. Your piece of the WBT pie remains the same. What WBT needs to do is get out of this miserable penny stock category and get institutional and overseas investors involved. Institutional and overseas investors will bring in the big bucks and bank roll WBT into the future and they most definitely have certain mandated criteria to meet before investing in WBT i.e. they won’t invest in a 2c company at the mercy of day traders. Hence the Board’s strategy to get WBT out of this penny stock category sooner rather than later is a good thing from my assessment. They have their reasons to doing so and I’m confident in their track record for success.
