Sox and undies again this year?

As a long term POH shareholder, it is easy to submit to bias at at time like this.  Almost all the news we have on this litigation is putting POH as the victim and Mylan as the wrongdoer.  It aint necessarily so although I think there is something to be said for the argument that POH must have had a reasonable case otherwise it would have been decided long ago. And, given that POH has a good case it is possible that the award will go in our favor. If that occurs, as I have said before, even a trifling award (e.g. US $30M) would be game changing for POH. Just hope the speculators dont push the MC too high before the outcome is known.
