    Hi all,


    If I was awarded a significant payment against me to pay POH eg 150M, I would:


    Make a takeover offer of 6 c per share prior to the annoucement. This would be more that 50% greater than the current price, only cost me 90 millionish,  and I get to own the IP over TPM.
