Very insightful Mike . You may get your IP back in the form of the Mylan Lab' developed dapto' but no $$$$ , reminiscent of those heady days of the Prophase OTC return . Im sure Mylan are aware of the precedent . Im sure they would be tempted . Imagine the arbitrator being aware of the offer been rejected .
