This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone investing in the share market regularly. The traders are only interest in a daily volume that they can manipulate and don't care if POH get a payout. If they did then they wouldn't be very good at what they do. The day traders won't get access to capital returns from a positive arbitration decision because they will sell as soon as the news is public. Only those that are holding shares when the board determines how to deal with any money awarded will benefit if a capital return is the preferred option IMO. This could take months.
