It is exactly one year since the case concluded and I think it was the 2nd September when SIAC gave notice that it sent the draft back to the arbitrator with minor amendment suggestions.
They certainly know how to drag things out in Singapore.
Delay could have more to do with complexity that actual dollars awarded. If the result is going to be contentious then that would have more sway than the value of the award in my view.
