Sydney - Wednesday - Sep 27: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Australis Aquaculture Ltd (ASX code: AAQ) today announced the placement
of 5 million shares at 42.5c to institutional and private stockbroker
clients, raising $2.125 million before costs.
The placement was managed by State One Stockbroking Ltd.
The monies raised are to be allocated to the development of an
automated fish processing line at the Australis US Turners Falls
operations, barramundi hatchery upgrades, continuing expansion
feasibility studies and working capital.
Shares in Australis traded steady at 49c ahead of the
announcement.
