Come to think of it all the large holders got into GWR without buying their shares on the market.


1 Cliffs (14.75%) - Cliffs got most of it shares cheap in off-market transactions through the OPES Prime debacle.

2 FAS (14.15%) - FAS got it shares through a failed all-script takeover offer of GWR.

3 Wynnes Invesment holder (13.04%) - Mr David Law Tien Seng got his shares through a unnecessary share placement IMO

4 Hunan Steel (8.75%) - Hunan got it shares through a defensive share placement designed the protect the board from Cliffs IMO

5 Conglin Investment Group(4.38%) - The only company with the balls to buy it shares on the market!

6 YILGARN INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED (2.47%) - Yilgarn got it shares through some kind of equity swap arrangement with GWR (correct me if I am wrong) that involved no cash.

The majority of the rest of the top 20 are holders from the initial placement.
