They haven't hit all targets , they have missed them all
3 wells , first ( supposedly the best dribbled at 95 BoE per day )
Other 2 haven't produced a drop of oil so far and may never
It's taken 10 months and about 4 m to get one poor result and 2 dusters. They have raised three times in this time ( now 4) and have also issued options each time so diluted you to buggery. It's been a complete failure. The diluted market cap has more than doubled, will be nearing 3 soon and they won't event have cash to drill another well
