    K. Check the rules on "insider trading". ASIC would love to know what Auto is "supposed" to know.
    Big difference between the terms of the placement and knowing exactly what they are going to do with it. One is basic fund raising and everyone knows the risks, the other is a breach of ASIC and ASX rules where some are being given information which is not available to the entire market.
