    I agree, VMY is a stand-out  opportunity, IMO. The risk, I suppose, is that long-term contracting, at a price acceptable to VMY and her financiers, has to come in time for the project to get a 'substantial' start before the approvals run out, which is what, another 3 years? Anyone? 
    My gut feeling is that it will work out.
