True they aren't paying for their shares but they won't get any either unless those price milestones are reached!! If it goes to 80 cents I am quite happy for them to receive 10 million shares. I'll be even happier if the other two milestones are achieved as then I can retire! I feel some big news items from this stock will be released within the next four weeks and the seller who seems to have disappeared in the low 20's will regret his/her selling in my opinion.
