you've neither lost nor won. All that happened is that for every 20 shares you used to own at (say) 0.005c have been consolidated into 1 share worth 0.10c - a 1 for 20 conversion.
You now own one twentieth of the number of shares you used to own.
the current 0.16c price is just a dummy price to kick off trading in the 'new' consolidated stock. you'll see the buy bids are at 0.09c so the 0.16c is baloney.
