"Dilution" means "adding more shares, reducing the percentage held by everybody holding the stock." ie: your holding has been diluted. This is what will happen (in the context of DMN) if the currently outstanding options are exercised - which they will be if the share price rockets past 0.01.
"Stock split" means "everybody currently holding the stock will hold double (or whatever the split terms are) the number of shares, but they'll be worth half the current value each". Not going to happen any time soon on DMN; they have more than enough shares outstanding as it is.
"Reverse split" means "everybody currently holding the stock will hold half (again, or whatever the reverse split terms are) the number of shares, but they'll be worth double the current value each".
So what you, munjit, are saying is that that company are trying to do a 60 to 1 reverse split. It makes sense in this context. But as others have said, DMN needs to have good reason for doing a reverse split; they don't have one yet. Time will tell.
