Hello everyone,
This is a subject I have brought up before concerning over dilution of common shares as a result of directors remuneration packages.
I still maintain that a share buyback plan is in the shareholders best interests even if just a small one compared to an ill conceived acquisition which could be near fatal at this point.
Declaring a dividend could be an option although I don’t think it would be the right move as capital growth is my goal here but it may appeal attractive to potential investors.
