Assuming average share price is $47.50 and rate of borrowing is 6%, the reduction in EPS using current year's NPAT is 10% (from reduction of 5%).
Using the same assumptions for next year's NPAT (20% higher), the reduction in EPS is 6% (from reduction of 3%).
So EPS reduction doubles under both scenarios.
