I think you've been very conservative with your numbers, and it still doesn't add up as good business ...
You've used 5% as the borrowing rate, it likely would be higher
Also assuming they buy the stock back at an average of $42.50 is generous. My thinking is they will be willing to pay much higher to keep it propped up
Plug 5-7% borrowing rate and $45-50 as the average price for shares bought back into your model and then see what it does to the end result
