Watpac have indicated that they may buy back up to 10% of the outstanding shares (18,334,138 shares). I believe they are required to make an announcement the day after they buy their own shares (called a “Daily Share Buy-back Notice").
The earliest they could have started buying shares was the 27th of Dec. Probably will start next week.
