That's correct, AVQ's oppy extension was a voting resolution.
FWIW my issue with our oppies is they were offered on a 'highly prospective' nickel play which they had seemingly abadoned late last year (now confirmed by no assay results) yet elected not to inform SHs as promised. Instead NH led us on with his stated 'excitement'. Pretty ordinary.
