Not a worry, there is a lot of confusion, clearly as I have said extension is not possible under ASX listing rules and thank you for backing that up. However, there is a lot of precedent for companies to issue new options. I would assume that that announcement also went onto to say that the new options were subject to shareholder approval at an EGM/AGM. As I said it will be better if the term "extension" is expunged from here and reference is only made to the "issue new options" so hopefully this issue is put to bed. It seems that MPJ has not flagged any intention to issue new options. Once the June 2016 options expire MPJ will have the opportunity to issue a large number of options again in terms as calculated under ASX listing rules.
