First you contradict yourself by proclaiming company needs money hence the CR's but are against extending the oppies in any manner that would result in more funds for the company.

Then, you fail to comprehend the difference between lack lustre performing management and an untapped potential Resource.

There's instances where people opt to hold rather than sell because they believe management could possibly change their tune and start focusing on SH value rather than simply fundraising for "mates"....
