I agree cleaveland, how convenient for Lucas cohort on the board. have you ever seen a board piss into a takeover opponent's pocket as much as this lot.
The least they could have done was play the game and try to get a better deal for their shareholders instead this pathetic lot are licking AGL's arse. HOW CONVENIENT.... another backroom deal.... so much for level playing field for small shareholders.
