it does seem a little odd for AJL to be dumping their stock when they have identified such a significant resource?

They have clearly stated previously that they have no desire for growth and would like to focus on core niche business'. Seems like they are taking a hit to make this happen though. Interesting.

I only have a small holding of SGL but I am not even considering selling. Offer does seem a little ridiculous.
