WE don't know, but, "believe" that it is far from the truth re Georgetown and Reinhardt. And if they have done a deal with that "third party" that they started to mention, wouldn't you think that that was MATERIAL to the SP and should have been disclosed?
EITHER way they are in breach of the disclosure rules just as a starter.
But, I can see a classic pyrrhic victory looming with your all or nothing plan, beat SB and you can bet that he will walk and take all of the company with him. That $350K is a hugely strategic debt and in the vernacular that they understand at the pub, it's what he knows by which he has got all shareholders by the balls.
Who's still buying @ .003 anyway?? Dumb, blind, or knows something that we don't???

Hi Gassed Someone Grabbed ( As You Can See ) 1.3 million on Market at .003 It was not me.. I do not think that S Bizzel will shaft us shareholders . He knows that he needs a good shareholder base for ANY Further project he has in mind. This is the basis for his business etc. I intend buying some more in the future ( I have some funds comming from My AVB Investment ) but will not be taking them YET Cheers Towie
