Be fair. These guys are now at the stage of trying to arrange finance and (hopefully) secure a keystone investor. We're talking in the ballpark of $150m ... it's not as simple as applying for a increase on your credit card. We should be thankful any such negotiations are occuring in the context of a resurgence in Poz. That cant hurt
