The longer po3 can avoid tapping into institutional funds for a cap raise the better imo. Any sniff of a raise and insto's will be telling management they would love to buy into the company but can't due to concerns over liquidity. Once they do buy in via a raise they then have the power to start manipulating the price how they want and will no doubt try to smash the price down ahead of any cr that follows.
Continuing to fund via private placements as they have done is a recipe for success it will just take a while for retailers to cotton on as they will see the price and think it's expensive where in reality the market cap is what tells the story.
