I'll put my hand up, I loaded up with another 25% yesterday @ 14.5c.
If there is any hidden news that warrants this sp I will start a class action. They have had us every way they can and didn't even kiss us, so surely this is the bottom.
I don't buy that tenants not paying or re-negotiating theory, still would be value anyway.
If they can drag themselves away from the trough I would like to hear from the company, half-yearly report and dividend confirmation due in a week, that they are on track or the sale of US assets at reasonable price.
I think it just needs a breaker or there is something we don't know. Hopefully it is just be shorted in the REIT stampede for the exit, so when it breaks it will break hard.
