    Good article Frackerguy, the way progress is moving I have a feeling cel may need for the SEA to complete their reasearch so the government can have some scientific and unbiased information before they can go ahead with submitting licences.
    Although I do think there will be a major rerating and it will be full steam ahead when that day comes.
    Imo we will look back and wish we bought more GLTA imo patience is key
