Nice article ToH, does look like the whole process is dragging out. There is no clear timeline on when licences will be issued.
I'm begining to think it should take another year for licences and another year or two for exploration results.
If it works out, it should pay many times current price, but it may be a long time to wait, and although gas has flowed on CEL's acerage previously, it is still an if.
