whats going on here? the way I read it is that CAQ (or one of it's directors) loaned half a million of shareholders money to someone that has disapeared. This someone could be remotely linked to Excalibur Mining although they are denying it.. Now CAQ wants the money back and has to persue the whole thing thru the Supreme Court and Excalibur are denying the whole thing.. WTF is an aquaculture company trying to expand it's methodology and intellectual property worldwide doing loaning money to a speccy mining company? I'm glad you asked!
