Why has the outstanding scientific opinion never been referred to before ?
- When they said

"Given this, Tissue Therapies (in consultation with the Notified Body, BSI) has withdrawn its
application for a Scientific Opinion in respect of VitroGro® ECM, but not the CE Mark
application. Consequently, the approval (CE Mark) of VitroGro® ECM for the European market​

will be delayed."
It is just a way to park the application till data is gathered. The opinion is the necessary step to obtain CE mark.


What is its relevance to the start date for sales ?
- No CE-Mark no sales (or until FDA 12m+)

Does this change the previously advised sales targets ?
- With two months till SAWP meet then maybe 4 months to gather data, likely 6months delay minium  
but yes this would be good Q

Can we receive an answer now and updated in May when further discussions held ? Happy to receive an updated investor newsletter so answers are public.
- Get a big enough group and you will get good info, the big chunks frequenlty get special briefings
