Good question - I can't see why not. Worst case scenario is that we seek out an offer for the company - nice and clean. Downside is that we lose the potential of an ongoing royalty income stream. But even that could still be a possibility these days. The investment bankers are a pretty creative lot - when appropriately incentivised!
